To create an apk500 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your CNIC number. You must not register using fictitious identities or any identity other than your own.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the apk500 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided to apk500 at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly by contacting support.
apk500 may request additional KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or a selfie holding your CNIC. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk500 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. apk500 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which sends a one-time verification code to your registered Pakistani mobile number at every login.
You must not share your login credentials with any third party. apk500 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified apk500 of a security breach.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact apk500 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. apk500 will investigate and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is in progress.
apk500 accepts deposits via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and MCB bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

The platform is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. apk500 may freeze account funds and suspend access pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal of funds from your apk500 account is subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players whose KYC documents have not been approved are not eligible to make withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB) are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard Pakistan banking hours.

Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that specific promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds deposited directly by the Player are not subject to withdrawal restrictions beyond standard KYC verification requirements.
apk500 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously undergone full KYC review. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on apk500 are subject to their own individual terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The general terms set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless superseded by the specific promotion terms.
All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, apk500 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. If a malfunction causes an incorrect win to be credited, apk500 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount from the Player's balance.
Players accept that all bets placed on apk500 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where the platform's betting rules expressly permit in-play modification for specific sports markets.
apk500 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, badminton, and other sports as published on the platform. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In the event of an abandoned or void event, the standard apk500 void rules apply: void bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake amount.
Live in-play markets are offered on selected events. apk500 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of match delay, interruption, or when there is a material risk of late bet placement based on knowledge of an event outcome (late betting).
Odds displayed on apk500 are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. apk500 reserves the right to correct any clearly erroneous odds that were published due to a technical or human error, and such erroneous bets may be voided at the platform's discretion.

apk500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct; the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; or the KYC information provided is inaccurate or unverifiable.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, apk500 may forfeit all or part of the balance in the account. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be made available for withdrawal.
You may request closure of your apk500 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed or the bonus forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within standard processing timeframes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party payment processing failures.
apk500's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
apk500 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. apk500 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
All content on the apk500 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of apk500 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the apk500 platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any apk500 content without prior written consent from apk500.
apk500 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
apk500 is committed to handling your personal data — including CNIC information, payment details, and contact information — with appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, KYC providers, game suppliers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
apk500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, apk500 will provide notice to registered Players through a notification displayed upon login or via email to the registered address.
Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the apk500 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which apk500 is licensed and operated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable local consumer protection legislation.
Any disputes arising from the use of the apk500 platform should first be submitted to apk500 support for resolution through the internal complaints procedure. apk500 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
